Originally from St. Louis, MO, Kati has been visiting this area for nearly 20 years and now lives in Lakewood Ranch. She enjoys sharing her local expertise with others moving to this magical area. Kati is known for her positive attitude, tenacity, dependability, follow-through, and always doing more than expected. Her creed is to “serve others.”

A seasoned Realtor®, Kati followed in her mother's footsteps, who was also a Realtor®, and she learned the art of providing exceptional customer service. She began her career in St. Louis with Prudential Alliance Real Estate, which then became Berkshire Hathaway Alliance Real Estate, and spent the last fifteen years assisting buyers and sellers. After moving permanently to Sarasota, Kati is proud to be working with Michael Saunders & Company.

In her spare time, Kati loves sharing time with family and friends, enjoying all the many facets Sarasota has to offer. She has always been devoted to her community - being active in her church, Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS), and Dream Center and an advocate for children’s issues. Kati has been married to her wonderful husband, David, for thirty years, and they have a daughter, Lydia, who completes their lives and brings them great joy.
